De l'informe "Building the Low Carbon Economy on Merseyside" ("Construïnt una economia baixa en carboni a Merseyside", el comtat al qual pertany Liverpool, pàg. 22), del Dr. Peter North, del Departament de Geografia de la Universitat de Liverpool, qui ens va visitar la setmana passada per conèixer el que s'estava fent a Barcelona, Cornellà de Llobregat i la província de Barcelona, en general.
